POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We have complimentary internet access and beverages.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS

We require a credit card for all appointments booked online as well as over the phone. All services over $300 require a 30% deposit fee upon appointment booking.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. All late cancellations, no-shows, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged 50% of the total service cost.  

REFUNDS

In the event of a request for refund of services, a refund will be granted for services only after the client completes the SBS Refund Request form and it is reviewed/ approved by management. All Refund Requests must be completed in-salon in order for SBS to assess the quality of hair and adjust the cut/ color/ treatment, if possible.

CONSULTATIONS

Texture, Extension and Bridal services all require an in-salon consultation. Any consultation fee will be subtracted from the final total upon completion of service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. We do not accept personal checks, and do not give cash back on credit card sales.

GRATUITIES

For your convenience, we have an in-house ATM. Gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card. Most of our employees accept gratuities via Venmo.

CLOTHING/PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We are not responsible for damages to clothing or personal belongings. We have robes to protect your clothing and recommend and encourage changing out of anything valuable that may be exposed to color and/or chemicals during your visit. For your convenience, you may check any clothing/personal items in our monitored closet.

ONLINE STORE

All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. UPS is our preferred carrier for shipping.

PRIVACY

Sam Brocato Salon does not disclose client information to third-parties. All customer information is confidential.

DOGS

We are a dog friendly salon. We love your furry friends, but not all clients might. To respect the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that your dog stay with you on a leash during your service. Color chemicals, if ingested, are toxic to animals. If you are receiving a color service, your dog must sit on your lap or remain in a bag. Sam Brocato Salon reserves the right to ask any client with a poorly trained or aggressive dog to leave. Sam Brocato Salon is not liable for your dog’s safety during your visit.  

SMOKING/VAPING

We are a smoke and vape-free salon. To create the most welcoming environment for all of our valued clients and team members, smoking and vaping inside the salon is strictly prohibited.
