POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We have complimentary internet access and beverages. A stress-relieving mini-massage accompanies every cut and color service.
 

DEPOSITS

We require a 50% deposit for all appointments booked online.  Online deposit payments will be applied towards your total on the day of your scheduled appointment.  Texture, Extension and Bridal services all require a deposit fee upon appointment booking.  For all early morning appointments (6:00AM–9:30AM), we require a credit card to secure the appointment.  

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. All late cancellations, no-shows, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged in full.  
 

REFUNDS

In the event of a request for refund of services, a refund will be granted for services only after the client completes the SBS Refund Request form and it is reviewed/ approved by management.  All Refund Requests must be completed in-salon in order for SBS to assess the quality of hair and adjust the cut/ color/ treatment, if possible.
 

CONSULTATIONS

Texture, Extension and Bridal services all require an in-salon consultation. Any consultation fee will be subtracted from the final total upon completion of service.
 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. We do not accept personal checks, and do not give cash back on credit card sales.
 

GRATUITIES

For your convenience, we have an in-house ATM.  Gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card.
 

ONLINE STORE

All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of delivery.  UPS is our preferred carrier for shipping.  

PRIVACY

Sam Brocato Salon does not disclose client information to third-parties. All customer information is confidential.
